Stockport Branch was launched in November last year by activists in Unite Community to level the playing field between renters and landlords in Stockport.

Despite lockdown restrictions, they have been leafleting and addressing issues of safety, disrepair, illegal HMOs and gentrification in the area. They are currently focussing on Cheadle Heath and Edgeley where they will be holding street stalls and leafleting in the coming weeks, culminating in a community event.
